I managed not to bug you guys TOO much with my blathering about yuletide over here. Consider yourself lucky. Sorry Twitter followers! Don't blame you if you unfollowed!

I think my 2010 experience might be summed up with these two meme-style icons I made for a silly entry on the yuletide comm a few weeks ago:

(Get the joke on the lion one, get it, get it? durr hurr hurr)

So I'll just dump some statistics on you, ishie-style:

No. of stories written so far: 8 (between assignment, 2 pinch hits and treats)
No. of words written: 12,700-ish
No. of words needing to be written using Write or Die + a buddy: 10,000+
No. of separate betas used: 13 (including hubby and daughter, honestly!)
No. of fics beta'd for others: 12
No. of gifts received: 1 - from a pinch hitter! THANK YOU.
No. of squee posts on Twitter: uncountable: I may be the most frequent user of the #yuletide hashtag
No. of people I bugged on IM, Twitter and LJ to write with me: 10+
No. of sources I had to review seriously: 2
No. of sources I should have reviewed seriously: 6
No. of family members outright ignored in the making of this Yuletide: 2 (poor family!)

Most ridiculous but fun procrastination: making icons, lurking constantly in yulechat
Most annoying procrastination: isn't there laundry I could be doing?

Best soundtrack for writing: hubby's 80s Genius mix from his computer
Worst soundtrack for writing: two meowing cats (whom I also ignored dreadfully)

I will probably write more treats before the 24th, and try for another pinch hit, but I'm pretty happy with these stats. I LOVE YULETIDE!
