Lol! Aww...I want to see Les Mis again now! :D

And I've seen so few of those shows it's slightly embarrassing :/ I would only be able to put about 6 in italics and that's it! Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen every single episode of any non-anime show...

I know, weren't they adorable?

Wow, I was actually surprised at how many I had seen. And there were several I've wanted to.

So what anime can you say that about?

Heh, I've got a list of about 70 odd series that I've seen, so I won't list them all! But when an anime series is usually only about 26 episodes, it's not that hard to see every episode. But England's sense of anime is WAY behind the US so I often have to download the series that I want to see...

I'm quite surprised at Heroes. Don't get me wrong, I still like the show immensely, but it has been only two seasons, and frankly speaking the second season isn't really that good anyway. Lots of people I know have already lost interest in the show and I can totally see why.

Me too, that's why the "wow"...

Although I really enjoyed the second season. I tend to be in the minority, though.

In five years, this list will look totally different!

I love lists like that. They allow me to look at "the best of the best" and help me flesh out my list of shows I need to watch. It's now about twice as long as it was, LOL.

You should totally watch more of Doctor Who. It's absolutely fantastic. Which episode have you seen, out of curiosity?

And I was psyched that Buffy was at #2. I think it kinda deserves that.

LOL, yeah, I usually only have seen 1/3 of lists like this - I was very surprised.

I've only seen the first episode of the Ninth Doctor's intro. I keep meaning to watch more, but so far, haven't done so.

This scene rocks. I actually found more HIMYM related videos including a Neal Patrick Harris interview on Ellen. They are so funny:

I'm not sure - it's probably HIGHLY subjective. :D

I did know that! *twirls and runs in circles* I cannot wait until it premieres...

I wonder what they're basing this list off of - because for the best fifty shows ever that list is very 'recent tv shows only' if you ask me.

Mar. 31st, 2008 11:32 pm (UTC)
Looks like it may have been a reader vote...

But yeah, not so comprehensive. Good shows, though, I can verify quite a few. :)
Mar. 31st, 2008 11:34 pm (UTC)
Oh yeah, I'm not denying that they're good shows - I'm just finding it a little weird that they're claiming they're the best shows ever is all. :)

(And really I'm not upset or anything ... so if I seem like it - nah, it's all good. :D)
Mar. 31st, 2008 11:36 pm (UTC)
Eh, you know, superlatives sell! :D

All's good.
Mar. 31st, 2008 11:37 pm (UTC)
That's a weird top 50. A lot of good show are missing!
Mar. 31st, 2008 11:37 pm (UTC)
Very true - but I think they're using a reader vote. See my comment to chickadilly!

i hope this wasn't in order. cuz, buffy, really?
Apr. 1st, 2008 09:55 am (UTC)
I think it was in order for the reader vote. So according to readers of Empire Magazine? It must be their #2. *shrugs*

I've said it before but the thing that surprises me the most is having The Simpsons in the first place, i would never have thought that...I'm stealing the meme!!!!
Apr. 1st, 2008 03:44 pm (UTC)
I guess Empire readers love The Simpsons!

It is a fun one, isn't it?
Apr. 1st, 2008 05:43 pm (UTC)
Some of the choices are odd, but i agree with some of the shows chosen.

Memes are always fun for me :D
